This event will be run within the government guidelines for Covid Any person entering the venue must abide by the Government Guidelines with regard to Coronavirus, abiding by the up to date social distancing rules at the time of the event and any additional rules enforced by BHPC for the event.

Please do not attend if you are vulnerable, have Covid symptoms or have returned from a country in the last 2 weeks that requires you to quarantine. Failure to follow these rules means you will be asked to leave the site and riders will be eliminated from the competition with no refund given.

Times will be given. You will be allocated a number which you must print and bring with you on the day. You will need to bring your own number bib, we will have a small number available for purchase. Please print an additional number to display in the windscreen of your vehicle as this will enable you to gain entry to the event.

There will be a track and trace steward on the gate, numbers will be counted and you will be checked in via a drive through system.

Hat tags — please have your hat ready to show the steward at the gate, if it needs tagging please go to the information point once you have parked. There will be random checks of passports to ensure flu vaccinations are up to date. Within the previous 12 months. Each rider may be accompanied by ONE person only. Any additional people will be asked to leave.

When times are published there will be an accompanying, online survey for each competitor to fill in and return, this is for track and trace, all details will be deleted after the event. Failure to return the survey will result in you being unable to gain access to the competition. No children under 16 can attend the event other than those competing or stewarding. The ONLY dogs that are permitted at the event are those belonging to stewards or judges, they must be kept at their vehicle or on a short lead.

Warm up areas — Only stewards will be allowed. No trainers will be allowed to work children in. Branch DCs may attend or send a nominated person. DCs can rally members together in the car park and walk them down to the warm up areas. Parents may walk their children to the warm up areas. The will be an additional exercise area. There will be portaloos on site, please use your own facilities where possible, there will be sanitisers available beside the portaloos and around the site, but please also bring your own supply.

All results will be online and available on our branch website. Our aim is to send dressage sheets electronically after the event, provided you have supplied a mobile telephone number and WhatsApp is available. All contacts will be deleted after the event. There will be no formal prize giving so please do NOT wait around for your final results.

After you have finished riding we ask that you leave the venue as soon as you can. In order for any objections to be made the final set of results will be confirmed at 8pm on the day of the event. If you would like to object or have us check your score you have until 7pm on the day of the competition to do so. Objections must be made in writing to henrietta verschoyle.
